Overview

Telegram is a messaging platform that supports bots, direct conversations, and group chats.

How it works

Novu sends the content from your chat workflow step through a Telegram bot to the chat associated with the subscriber's channel credentials.

Configure

Create a bot with BotFather, add the bot token to the Telegram integration in Novu, and store the destination chat ID for each subscriber.

Connect your communication stack to Novu

Use Novu Notify for multi-channel notifications and Novu Connect for contextual agent conversations, actions, and approvals.
