Overview
SMS Webhook is a flexible provider for connecting Novu to an SMS service or internal delivery system that does not have a built-in integration.
How it works
When an SMS step runs, Novu sends the recipient, sender, message content, and related delivery data to your configured webhook endpoint. Your service can then transform or forward the request to the SMS gateway you use.
Configure
Enter the webhook URL and the authentication values required by your endpoint. Ensure the endpoint accepts the request format sent by Novu and returns a successful response after processing the message.
