Novu sends the content from your chat workflow step to the Rocket.Chat webhook URL associated with the subscriber.

Configure

Create an incoming webhook in Rocket.Chat, add the Rocket.Chat provider in Novu, and store the webhook URL in the subscriber's channel credentials.

Connect your communication stack to Novu

Use Novu Notify for multi-channel notifications and Novu Connect for contextual agent conversations, actions, and approvals.
